1. Lisansın Verilmesi

TrendTuccar, Lisans Sahibine Yazılımı yalnızca dahili iş amaçları için kullanmak üzere, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez ve alt lisans verilemez bir hak tanır. Bu lisans yalnızca Yazılımı doğrudan TrendTuccar’dan yasal olarak satın alan kişi veya kuruluşa verilir. Yazılımın yetkisiz transferi, satışı, kiralanması veya devri kesinlikle yasaktır.

2. İzin Verilen Kullanım

Lisans Sahibi, Yazılımı yalnızca kendi iş operasyonları kapsamında kişisel veya ticari amaçlarla kullanabilir. Lisans Sahibi, Yazılımı üçüncü taraflara dağıtamaz, kopyalayamaz, satamaz veya erişim sağlayamaz.

3. Değiştirme ve Kopyalama

Lisans Sahibi, Yazılımı yalnızca dahili amaçlar için değiştirme veya türev çalışmalar oluşturma yetkisine sahiptir. Bununla birlikte, bu değişikliklerin veya türev çalışmaların dağıtımı, iletimi veya satışı, TrendTuccar’dan önceden alınmış yazılı izin olmadan kesinlikle yasaktır. Yazılımın hiçbir kısmı açık yazılı izin olmadan kopyalanamaz veya paylaşılmaz.

4. Yeniden Satış ve Devretme Yasağı

Lisans Sahibi, Yazılımı üçüncü taraflara yeniden satamaz, alt lisans veremez veya ticarileştiremez. Yazılımın herhangi bir transferi TrendTuccar’dan önceden yazılı onay alınmasını gerektirir ve yetkisiz transferler bu Sözleşmeyi geçersiz kılar.

5. Destek ve Güncellemeler

TrendTuccar, ayrı bir hizmet sözleşmesinde aksi kararlaştırılmadıkça Yazılım için destek, bakım veya güncelleme sağlamakla yükümlü değildir. Yazılıma yapılacak herhangi bir güncelleme veya iyileştirme ek hükümlere tabi olabilir.

6. Sorumluluğun Sınırlandırılması

Yazılım, her türlü açık veya zımni garanti olmaksızın "olduğu gibi" sağlanmaktadır. TrendTuccar, Yazılımın kullanımı veya kullanılamamasından kaynaklanan, doğrudan veya dolaylı, tesadüfi veya sonuçsal zararlar dahil, hiçbir sorumluluk kabul etmez.

7. Sözleşmenin Feshi

TrendTuccar, Sözleşme hükümlerinin herhangi bir şekilde ihlali durumunda bu Sözleşmeyi derhal feshetme hakkını saklı tutar. Fesih halinde, Lisans Sahibi Yazılımın tüm kullanımını durdurmalı ve elindeki tüm kopyaları silmeli veya imha etmelidir.

8. Mülkiyet ve Fikri Mülkiyet Hakları

Yazılım üzerindeki tüm hak, unvan ve menfaatler, fikri mülkiyet hakları dahil olmak üzere, TrendTuccar’a ait münhasır mülkiyet olarak kalır. Lisans Sahibi, bu Sözleşme kapsamında hiçbir mülkiyet hakkı elde etmez.


Bu lisans, TrendTuccar’ın yazılım üzerindeki tüm mülkiyet ve fikri mülkiyet haklarını korur. Lisans Sahibi, yazılımı kullanarak bu şartları kabul etmiş sayılır.

The admin has full control and management rights over platform settings and all user data.
